Why We Built This Site
Pennsylvania records do not sit in one universal file. Lycoming County police agencies keep incident reports. The Clerk of Courts and six Magisterial District Courts maintain their respective case records. The Pennsylvania State Police Central Repository supplies the statewide PATCH criminal-history product, while the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections publishes state-custody information. The Pennsylvania State Police Megan's Law Website serves a distinct public-safety purpose. We built this private resource to explain those boundaries and point readers to the official office, portal, request method, fee, or contact that fits the record they need.
What You Will Find Here
- Official routes: how to use PATCH, UJS Case Search, court counters, and agency request channels
- Local contacts: verified addresses and published numbers for Lycoming County record custodians
- Record guides: how court case records, arrest files, and registry profiles differ
- Record relief: where Pennsylvania expungement and limited-access petitions begin
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. It is not connected to a Pennsylvania court, police department, sheriff's office, or state agency. Those boundaries mean:
- We do not issue certified dockets, rap sheets, police reports, or other official copies
- We cannot interpret a charge or give advice about a specific legal matter
- We do not submit a records request, expungement petition, or other filing for a visitor
- We cannot retrieve a person's record or conduct an official background check
- We cannot promise that an agency's fee, address, number, or procedure has not changed
Only the issuing office, such as the Lycoming County Clerk of Courts, the arresting police agency, or the Pennsylvania State Police Central Repository, can supply an official record.
Search Partners
Third-party providers power search boxes on some pages. They control their own services, prices, data, and results. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may generate a referral fee that supports this resource. We do not set the provider's charges or decide what its search returns.
