These conditions govern access to and use of Lycoming County Criminal History. Reading a page, using a search feature, or otherwise continuing on the website indicates agreement. Anyone who does not accept the terms must stop using the service.

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

No person may use information from the website or a linked tool to stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or unlawfully discriminate. Pennsylvania registry information is published for public safety, and misuse can bring criminal prosecution or civil liability under the Megan's Law framework, including 42 Pa.C.S. § 9799.28. Vigilante conduct is forbidden.
